Sue is now Luxury Home Certified

Sue just became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)

through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Anyone can become a member of the organization by taking the required class but to become certified, you must have documented sales above the price point designated for your area. Sue had the sales to support the certification so she can now display the CLHMS logo on her advertising pieces. She also has access to a network of CLHMS certified agents who deal primarily in Luxury Properties and can market to this group as well.
